Hello everyone!

I just wanted to stop by and say hello to all followers, I’ve been getting a great response to the posts and I hope you are enjoying the content I share with you.

I just came back from a short vacation to Italy (hence the abundant reblogs instead of original posts). During my trip I was planning to visit the local Ladurée shop, but found with great regret that it was closed for the summer. However, the windows were still arranged beautifully and I still took a ton of photographs which I will be happy to share with you here. In the end I went to Peck, a very famous Italian gastronomy shop and got a batch of macarons from them. They were delicious.

Someone asked me if I had a recipe for macarons, and I do. I haven’t forgotten, I will prepare a post with my recipe and a couple of tips that have worked for me and hopefully you will be able to make some macarons of your own very soon.

In the meantime, if you have any questions or just want to say hello, don’t be afraid to ask. I would love to hear from you and get to know who you are.
